#Your morning routine and key steps

Step 1: Wash with water

Cleanse your face with just water in the AM, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Step 2: Toner

Toners refresh the skin and prep it to absorb the next product(s) well. They also balance the pH level of the skin. Toners balance the moisture levels of your skin and also remove any remote impurities that the cleansers might have missed.

Step 3: Essence

Essence is unique to the Korean beauty culture. It is a toner / serum hybrid that has a watery consistency and skin repairing properties. It is hydrating and rejuvenates the skin.

Step 4: Ampoule

Ampoule is vitamin-rich version of essence. Whether you’re trying to get rid of fine lines, acne or hyper-pigmentation, nothing works as hard as a serum or ampoule packed full of potent ingredients.

Step 5: Serum

Concentrated formulas with an unprecedented amount of active ingredients, serums target specific skin concerns like wrinkles,
dark spots, and dehydration.

Step 6: Eye cream

The next step is to take care of your under-eye skin. The skin around your eyes is delicate and needs extra attention and care.
Eye creams are perfect for it; they treat dark circles and smoother the skin.

Step 7: Moisturizer

Moisturizer hydrates the skin by sealing in moisture. It makes your skin supple and soft. They come in many forms: lotion, gel, emulsion, cream, sleeping pack…

Step 8: Sunscreen

Sunscreen with a good SPF is a must, especially if you are stepping out during the day. Sunscreen shields your skin from the harmful UV rays of the skin and protects it from tanning, pigmentation, and dark spots.

#It can look a little intimidating I know. So, if you have a busy schedule or if you are new in start with a Korean skincare routine try more simple start routine:

♥ Step 1. Wash with water

     ♥ Step 2. Toner

     ♥ Step 3. Serum /Ampoule / Moisturizer

     ♥ Step 4. Eye Cream

♥ Step 5. Moisturizer with SPF

Korean skincare is all about layering. Toner, essence, serum, ampoule, moisturizer… 10 steps sounds a lot, but each one has its own important job to do to keep skin young, healthy, and glowing.

#Your night skincare routine and key steps

Step 1: Oil-based cleanser

In the evening you should do cleansing in steps. Pick an oil cleanser and apply it all over your face and neck. Make sure you cover the lip and eye area. Massage the cleanser gently into the skin, then rinse with lukewarm water.

Step 2: Double-cleansing

The second step of double cleanse. Following the oil cleanser, use a water-based cleanser to gently remove the oil residue and water-based impurities from the day.

Step 3: Exfoliate / optional

Use a gentle, non-irritating exfoliator 2-3 times per week to remove the dead skin cells, to clean pores and allow better product absorption and keep skin looking youthful.

Step 4: Toner

Toners balance the moisture levels of your skin and also remove any remote impurities that the cleansers might have missed …

Step 5: Essence

After using two cleansers, you do need some extra moisture to restore the moisture balance in your skin. Essence does that for you! In addition to brightening your face, it balances the pH levels of your skin.

Step 6: Ampoule

Choose among serums, ampoules, and boosters to help repair the skin and get rid of blemishes…

Step 7: Serum

Serum should then be worked into the specific areas of concern…

Step 8: Sheet mask / optional

The sheet mask is a Korean beauty favorite – a mask saturated with skin loving ingredients! Perfect for all skin types, everyone can benefit from these masks which deliver a deeply hydrating and anti-ageing treatment.

Step 9: Eye cream

Eye creams protect and hydrate the under eye area. They brighten your eyes and make them look young and fresh.

Step 10: Moisturizer

Lastly, select a night time moisturizer to keep those skin loving ingredients locked in, allowing you to wake to a beautifully rejuvenated complexion.
